For sessions, I can call you free in UK (landline only) or to USA for just an extra £3/$5 per hour (either landline or mobile)(and most other countries too for not very much extra!)

 However for sessions, by far the best way to connect is to use Skype on the computer
(download free at www.skype.com ) because:

• Skype calls are FREE from anywhere in the world
• calls are very high quality - it feels like we are chatting in the same room (MUCH better than the phone!)

So, if you don't have Skype - may I suggest you install it and get to know it? It's really very good and well worth the effort. If you do, you'll need a microphone so I can hear you, or a headset with headphones and microphone combined - they are widely available

My Skype id is leela.jamieson (simply Add Contact in Skype and type that in). When I'm online you can call me or send me Skype chat messages, when offline, you can always leave a voice message (like a normal phone!)
